Check-In

Check-in times are from 14:00 to 22:00. 

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.

Check-Out

​

Check-out times are from 10:00 to 12:00.

Cancellation

​

There is no cancellation fee at Cloud9 Vacation Homes.

Refundable damage deposit

​

A damage deposit of USD $200 is required on arrival. That's about $270.18 CAD. This will be collected as a cash payment and you should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Child policies

​

Children of any age are welcome.

Children are charged the same per room as adults as the booking is per person.  As such, children should be included as adults in booking (ex. 3 adults and 1 child is 4 people when you make a reservation).

Other Rules of Thumb

​

Cots and extra beds are not available at this property.

​

The minimum age for check-in is 18 (the person who purchases the reservation/at least 1 person living at the rental property must be 18 years of age).

Smoking is not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.
